Terms & Conditions of Booking


The public sector 1, 2, 3 and group delegate discount scheme is only applicable at the time of booking. Additional delegates added after the initial booking are not eligible for multiple booking discounted rates. Promotional codes must be used at time of booking in order to qualify for any other discount offer.


Payment is due within 30 days of order, unless it is 30 days or less to the date of the conference, in which case the full amount is due within 7 days or order.


Cancellations must be received in writing by replying to the booking confirmation email a minimum of 30 days before the date of the conference and will be subject to a £99+vat administration fee. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time by replying to the booking confirmation email.


All events are full day unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to alter the programme or venue.

Should you have any special requirements relating to audio and/or visual presentations, please inform us at the time of booking. We will endeavour to meet your requirements as far as possible and therefore recommend early booking and notification to facilitate this. Please note that due to pressures on the availability of BSL interpreters, GovNet Communications will ideally need at least 6 weeks notice to provide this service.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking. If a booking is cancelled we will email the delegate at the relevant stated email address on the booking form. Any monies received for bookings we cancel will be refunded in full.
